Solar & Claude 기반 듀얼 LLM Slack 에이전트를 구축했습니다. 일일 브리핑 자동 생성, 팀 지식을 동적으로 저장해두고 우리 팀 대신 답변하는 역할, 슬랙 기반 검색으로 질문에 답해주는 역할을 합니다. Built a dual-LLM Slack agent powered by Solar & Claude. Generates daily briefings, dynamically stores team knowledge to answer questions on behalf of the team, and searches Slack to respond to queries.
파트너사가 온프렘 AI 제품을 다운로드하는 포탈을 인프라부터 풀스택으로 개발했습니다. 200페이지 이상의 매뉴얼을 관리하고, 제품팀이 매뉴얼을 자동 작성할 수 있도록 Claude Code 스킬도 만들었습니다. Built the portal end-to-end (infra to frontend) where partners download on-prem AI products. Managed 200+ pages of documentation and created Claude Code skills so product teams can auto-generate manuals.
추론 파이프라인을 재설계하여 응답 시간을 30초에서 0.2초로 단축했습니다. 88페이지 문서 처리가 21분에서 4분으로 줄었고, 일일 16만 페이지 이상을 처리하며 기존 대비 18배 처리량을 달성했습니다. Redesigned the inference pipeline to cut response time from 30 seconds to 0.2 seconds. An 88-page document went from 21 minutes to 4 minutes. System now processes 160K+ pages per day at 18x previous throughput.
10개월간 간헐적으로 발생하던 패닉의 원인을 thread-unsafe 서드파티 PDF 라이브러리로 추적하여 일 10,000건 이상의 segfault를 제거했습니다. 현실을 의심하게 만들지만, 결국 더 나은 엔지니어로 만들어 주는 그런 종류의 버그였습니다. Traced a 10-month intermittent panic to a thread-unsafe third-party PDF library, eliminating 10,000+ daily segfaults. The kind of bug that makes you question reality — then makes you a better engineer.
